We created Talho Argentino with a single goal: to preserve this custom for those of us living outside Argentina, here in Europe.

We focus on working with excellent-quality meat, taking the utmost care in how it is cut to respect the Argentine style, vacuum-packing everything to keep it fresh, and thus being able to reach every corner of the Iberian Peninsula, every Argentine eager to enjoy an authentic asado argentino.
