The Pack Argentino Parrilla Premium is an authentic Argentine grill of Angus quality in a single combo: ojo de bife (ribeye), bife de chorizo (striploin) and vacío (or medialuna de vacío). Three Argentine cuts that never fail at the asado.
What's included:
- Ojo de bife — marbled and juicy, the premium cut par excellence.
- Bife de chorizo — tender, with its flavourful strip of fat.
- Vacío or medialuna de vacío — juicy with that characteristic grain, ideal for the grill.
How to cook them: the steaks, high heat to sear then medium, juicy or medium. The vacío rewards patience: medium heat, fat-side first, and always sliced against the grain. Rest the steaks before slicing.
Choose your size:
- Medium — ~0.5 kg pieces and a 700 g Argentine vacío.
- Large — 1 kg each of ribeye and striploin, plus 2 vacíos or 1 medialuna de vacío (~1.5 kg), subject to availability.
- Whole — whole pieces of ribeye (3 kg), striploin (5 kg), vacío (0.7 kg) and medialuna de vacío (1.5 kg).
